RETURN POLICY NOTES:

All Sales Final on all Accessories, and any product purchased on a sale or with a discount code unless otherwise noted.

Refunds are given as a credit on your account unless otherwise noted.

Refunds on any item may incur a $5.00 per item restocking fee, this fee is taken out of your refund.

First, we need to confirm that your product is eligible for a return. Please see the terms below!

* You have 10 days from the time you receive your order in the mail!

* The products must be in original condition. Unwashed, unworn, and with tags.

* Once we receive the product it may take a few days to process your return.

* You will automatically be sent a store credit once the product is received.

* If you would like to change sizes or buy something else you can do so with the credit.

* You are responsible for shipping fees unless we made a mistake in which case you can email us at info@deathvalleydoll.com

*Accessories are not eligible for a return.

*All items on sale or marked down are not eligible for a return.
